Greenery design for the first of three office buildings on Konduktorska Street had to meet the BREEAM certification demands. Due to this the GPP building is fit up with the newest energy saving technology. Most of designed plants represents species often occured in natural plant communities of Silesian region. Watering system base on collected rain water.
